Model Types We Can Customize
We support custom development across our main training model lines:
- Injection, IV, phlebotomy, and vascular access trainers
- Wound packing, bleeding control, trauma, and moulage models
- Airway, chest decompression, drainage, and emergency task trainers
- Wound care, pressure ulcer, ostomy, and tube-care models
- Veterinary procedure and clinical-skills models
- Beauty injection, CPR, choking, and reproductive-health trainers
Projects outside these lines are also welcome. They can start from a teaching objective, drawing, 3D file, reference product, or physical sample.
In-House Manufacturing Capabilities
Training models often combine several materials and production processes. Our capabilities include silicone casting, silicone pouring and injection molding, plastic injection molding, rotational casting, 3D printing, painting, printing, assembly, and packaging.
Depending on the required anatomy, feel, durability, and budget, projects may use silicone, TPE, TPU, vinyl, latex, plastics, or composite materials. We help select a practical route for prototyping and repeatable production.
How a Custom Project Works
Every custom model goes through the same core stages, from your first brief to delivery. The photos below were taken during our own design and production work.
1. Requirements and Quotation
Send us your training objective together with whatever you have: drawings, reference images, a 3D file, or an existing product. Let us know the quantity you need. We review the anatomy, the procedures the model must support, and the feel you expect, then suggest materials and a production route and send a quotation.
There is no minimum order quantity.
2. 3D Design and Digital Sculpting
Our designers build the model in 3D sculpting software, working from your references and anatomical sources. Shape, proportions, and surface detail are refined on screen, where changes are quick, before any physical part is made.
3. Prototyping
Prototype parts are 3D printed in resin so the shape, size, and fit of each component can be checked in hand. The sample is then reviewed and adjusted before tooling begins.
Samples are charged. Sampling time depends on how complex the project’s processes are.
4. Mold Making
For production, molds are CNC machined from metal blocks. Precise molds keep every unit consistent, so each model in an order matches the approved sample.
5. Silicone Pouring and Production
Silicone is tinted to the required skin tone and poured into the molds. Once cured, parts are trimmed and, where needed, painted and assembled with vessels, replaceable skins, or other components.
6. Quality Checks, Packaging, and Delivery
Finished models are checked before packing. Labels, manuals, kit contents, and packaging follow the options agreed for your project, including private-label packaging.
OEM, ODM and Private-Label Options
- New model development: custom anatomy, molds, structures, functions, and replaceable parts.
- Existing model modification: changes to color, material, size, anatomy, accessories, or training features.
- Private label and kits: logo application, labels, manuals, kit configuration, accessories, and packaging.
Custom Project FAQs
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We take on custom projects of any quantity, from a single sample to repeat production orders.
Do you charge for samples?
Yes. Sampling is charged, and the fee is included in the quotation for your project.
How long does sampling take?
It depends on how complex the project’s processes are. A model that reuses existing molds is faster than one that needs new design, prototyping, and tooling. We confirm an estimated timeline after reviewing your requirements.
Who do you make custom models for?
We work with trading companies and distributors, training centers, and educational and medical institutions. Client names and logos are not published.
Is your production ISO certified?
Yes. Our models are produced at a partner factory that is certified to ISO 9001 for quality management. The certificate is held by the factory.
